Our client is EMR and payments platform for healthcare that serves large managed healthcare organizations and telehealth startups in USA. They needed a team of experts to improve their SaaS platform and maintain the system for end-users.
The main challenge was optimizing the platform for seamless data integration and high performance while maintaining strict security standards for sensitive medical and financial data. The client also needed continuous development support, including implementing new features on demand and improving the platform’s core infrastructure.
