Start with what you already pay for. Built-in AI mostly sees its own CRM’s data and follows its vendor’s rules, so a custom integration pays off when the job needs your ERP, documents, or support history, or a process the vendor did not design for.

What is an agentic CRM?

“Agentic CRM” describes a CRM where AI agents take actions, such as updating records, sending follow-ups, or routing requests, instead of only suggesting them.
