Our client is a large fitness equipment services company, proudly included in the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing businesses in the US.
With a growing customer base and increasing competition, the client needed to upgrade their website for better performance, functionality, and user experience. Their existing website was outdated and lacked certain critical integrations. Additionally, they needed a redesign to keep up with market trends, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
We began the collaboration with a comprehensive audit of the client’s website, after which we developed a roadmap for improvements to meet their goals. The key tasks included:

To streamline operations and expand sales channels, we integrated the website with Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. We also integrated HubSpot to manage sales, marketing, and customer relations more effectively from a single platform.
We created detailed technical documentation to structure the project and ensure its efficient planning, execution, and future maintenance. This documentation allowed the client to better understand the system and provided a clear roadmap for further development.
The project is still ongoing, but initial results have been positive. The client is already seeing improvements in website performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The website is now more reliable and user-friendly, with a solid foundation for future growth. Moving forward, we will focus on further redesigning the site using UI/UX principles to boost sales and enhance user experience.
